Collectible Value

The value of an original antique print is based on supply/demand, desirability, rarity, condition, artistic style and technique. Antique prints are available in a wide variety of prices and usually. range from under $50 to several hundred dollars and even thousands of dollars. There is a wide selection of prints for every budget. And to save money all our prints come with custom double mat consisting of ivory outer mat and black inner mat with removable archival tape at no additional cost.

Reproduction prints are not collectible since there is no limitation on the number of prints that can reproduced. There is an exception for certain limited editions, such as the Amsterdam Series of Audubon Bird prints that were reproduced in the 1960s.
